Activity

CBTL is an Albanian NGO with a strong background in project development, assessment of business needs as well as education and capacity building. The activity of the Center does not aim profit.

The center by means of cooperation and consultancy with experts, professionals and associations aims to realize all the initiatives and activities that make possible the achievement of its objectives regarding the organization of capacity development workshops on social and business management field, human resources, innovation, management and leadership.

In order to achieve its objectives, the center promotes and collects funds and participates on the activities that are considered fruitful and necessary for its development.

Center for Business Technology Leadership (CBTL) was founded in 2010 in Albania. CBTL scope is related with project and grant management, performing workshops, training, studies, market research, survey, cultural activities and various publications in different areas, but especially in the areas of employment, leadership, soft-skills, management, innovation, and also the effective use of technology for achieving sustainable results.

The Center for Business Technology and Leadership is focused on promoting development, market research programs, and related activities that will foster effective leadership, accountability, innovation, social awareness, and use of technology.

Our Mission

The mission of this center is the development and support any activities, focusing on organization and realization of projects particularly on management, social and business related issues, technology and innovation, management and leadership roles, human resources and other activities that are connected to the above mentioned, offered for the benefit and interest of public.

In order to achieve its objectives, CBTL manages projects grants and also participates on the activities that are considered fruitful and necessary for its development.

The Center is committed to overall management and administration of projects grant, using its wealth of knowledge in different areas, in order to serve a broad audience.
